Generally, the lamp can remain illuminated for approximately seven to eight hours on a full charge.

No, it cannot. The lamp is equipped with a safety feature that automatically turns off when it's being charged to prevent overheating and preserve battery life.

When the lamp is charging, there will be a blue indicator light at the back of the base. Once the blue indicator light goes off, it means the lamp is fully charged.

If this occurs, you can try recharging the lamp as the battery may need to recalibrate. If the lamp continues to flicker even after recharging, please contact us for assistance.

No, it is not recommended as it may cause a short circuit due to different voltage requirements. It is suggested to use a wall adapter for charging or connect it to a computer's USB port for charging.

For the lamp's protective cover, it is recommended to use a dusting brush to remove surface dust. For the base, you can use a dry microfiber cloth to wipe away surface dust. Avoid using a wet cloth or alcohol for cleaning as it may cause rust on the base. Remember to keep it dry.

Hong Kong and Mainland China, Macau, and Taiwan regions: After payment, it takes 4-6 working days for the items to be shipped from stock. In case of severe weather conditions (Signal No. 8 or above), public holidays (Chinese New Year/Easter/Christmas), the shipping time will be extended. International shipping: After payment, it takes 6-12 working days for the items to be shipped from stock.

For Hong Kong and Mainland China, Macau, and Taiwan regions: We use SF Express for delivery, and the shipping fee depends on the destination. For international shipping: We use EMS for international delivery. Customers can inquire with the respective courier company for the shipping fee.

For Hong Kong customers, if you discover any damage to the product, you can visit our studio within seven working days with the original packaging for a free exchange. However, we do not have a refund policy.
