SHIPPING POLICY

  1. How many days does it take for the goods to be shipped after placing an order?

After payment, it takes 3 working days from stock preparation to shipping the goods. In case of adverse weather conditions (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above), public holidays (Chinese New Year/Easter/Christmas), the delivery time may be extended.
 

2. Which courier company is used for product delivery? Is there a shipping fee?

We use SF Express for local shipping and Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan.
All shipping fee is borne by the customer using the "Cash on Delivery" method.
*Note: Handcrafted Sculptural Mushroom Lamp cannot be ship to Mainland China, Taiwan and Oversea .*
If the customer chooses to pick up the goods from an SF Express service center/SF Store/SF Smart Cabinet, please provide the relevant address and its code on the order. For deliveries to residential areas and remote areas (Lantau Island, outlying islands, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay), please note that the delivery time and shipping fee may vary. For details on shipping fees, delivery time, SF Express service centers/SF Stores/SF Smart Cabinets addresses and codes, please refer to SF Express's website (https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/tc/index.html).

About the Sculptural Caudex Incese Cone Burner: We use EMS for International Delivery and All shipping fee is not including.We currently only ship to Southeast Asian regions (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, etc.). Please note that customs duties may be imposed in certain areas. There is a flat fee of $280 for shipping fee. If you want to ship to Europe, Americas, or Australia, please contact us first, and we will arrange alternative shipping services for you.
 

However, shipping and delivery times may be affected or delayed due to various factors, such as adverse weather conditions (Typhoon Signal , rainstorm warning), natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, etc. Our company cannot guarantee timely delivery under these circumstances or unforeseen situations during the transportation by the courier company (such as lost or damaged parcels). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
 

3. Can the Handcrafted Sculptural Mushroom Lamp be shipped to areas outside of Hong Kong? Is international shipping available?

The Handcrafted Sculptural Mushroom Lamp is limited to Hong Kong only. We apologize that international shipping is not available at the moment.

About the Handcrafted Sculptural Mushroom Lamp:
*For Hong Kong Customers only*

If customers receive the goods and encounter the following situations, please visit our studio within seven working days while keeping the original packaging for a free exchange:

  • LED light bulb issues (such as failure to illuminate)

  • Switch problems (such as poor touch contact or inability to charge)

  • Battery overheating (continuous heat at the bottom of the item)

  • Damaged or cracked models or lampshades

Please note that the following situations are not covered:

  • Scratches, dents, or indentations on the tin can surface

  • Appearance issues caused by intentional painting or contamination

  • Battery problems caused by water exposure or placement in overheated environments
